I am a Licensed Marriage, Couple and Family Therapist in Portland, OR. I specialize in intimacy and relationships. I work with individuals, couples and families to restore peace, deepen connection, move through past traumas, reframe limitations, and unlock personal growth. In collaboration we use what has been learned from the past and present to arrive at a deeper understanding. This results in individuals, couples and families strengthening and forming a deeper emotional connection in their relationships.
I have an extensive background in civil and family mediation, education, advocacy, peace and conflict, along with a specialization in sex therapy.
I meet with clients in-person at my SE Portland location and to residents of Oregon over Telehealth.
